Polls and questions from the audience

The audience asks and votes from the player. You decide what reaches the screen - nothing arrives on the wall unapproved.

Questions that come through you

A viewer sends a question from their player. It lands in a queue in front of a manager and nowhere else. From there it can be approved, marked answered, or rejected - and rejecting is not deleting: the question is kept, because "we saw it and said no" is a different record from "it never arrived", and only one of them can be defended afterwards.

No question reaches a screen without somebody approving it. In a closed audience that is the difference between a channel and a risk.

Polls in real time

Polls can be written in advance and opened at the moment you want them. Viewers vote from the player, the count updates live, and closing a poll leaves the result on screen - closing is not deleting, and the room should see what it decided.

One vote per viewing code. The same mechanism that stops somebody opening the broadcast on five devices stops them voting five times.

  • Draft, open, closed - three states per poll
  • A live count while voting is open
  • One vote per code, not per device

Veelgestelde vragen

Do viewers see each other's questions?

Only what you approved. A pending question is visible to the manager alone.

Can I use polls without questions?

Yes. The two are switched on separately for each broadcast.

What happens if somebody votes and then joins from another device?

The vote belongs to the code, not the device, so it stays. Switching devices does not earn a second vote.
