Undeletable Audit Log
Every action - login, issuance, cancellation, policy change, support access - is recorded. There is no way in the system to delete or modify a line.
What is Recorded
System logins (including failed attempts), team invitations and role changes, broadcast creation and status changes, code issuance and cancellations, viewer logins and rejections, disconnections, policy changes with before and after states, setting changes, viewing and downloading recordings, watermark lookups - and also every access by Bima's support team to your organization.
For each line: who (with a snapshot of the email, so the record survives even account deletion), when, from which address, what.
Write-Only - Truly
There is no path in the system to delete or modify an entry in the log. Not for the organization manager, not for support, not for developers. The rule is enforced by three independent layers, and even the application's database user simply does not hold delete permissions on the table.
The implication: The log is evidence. If someone claims a code was leaked or someone entered without permission - the log tells exactly what happened.
Export and Lookup
A PDF report for 30 or 90 days with one click, in Hebrew, ready for submission to a committee or accountant. And on the same page: watermark lookup - type 8 characters from a leaked screenshot and get the viewer.
Frequently asked
How long is the log retained?
Indefinitely, as long as the organization is active.
Do you see my log?
Bima's support team can only access your organization when you request it - and every such access is recorded in your log, before it occurs.
