Automatic Recording and Controlled Download
Every broadcast is recorded in the cloud from the first moment. The recording is available to managers - and every download is logged.
How It Works
When the broadcast is live, recording runs concurrently on the broadcast server, saved in five-minute segments and uploaded to the organization's private cloud storage. If the broadcast is interrupted - what was recorded up to that point is saved. There is no 'Record' button to forget to press.
On the broadcast page, you can see the recording status: number of segments, duration, and volume.
Policy-Compliant Download
Downloads are performed via a signed link that expires within a few minutes and is intended for the person who clicked it. Every download is logged in the audit log - who, when, which broadcast. If the broadcast's policy blocks downloads, the recording is saved but cannot be downloaded from the console.
Where It Is Stored
In Google cloud storage, on a private path for the organization. Storage regions are listed in the privacy policy and on the sub-processors page. Broadcast keys are never part of the file name or path. Access - only through Bima, with your permissions.
