Assign an Operator to a Specific Broadcast

An operator only sees what you've assigned them to. Here's how to assign and unassign.

Steps

Open the Broadcast
On the broadcast page, scroll to 'Operators in this Broadcast'.
Where: Broadcast Page > Operators in this Broadcast

Select and Assign
The dropdown list shows all unassigned operators in the organization. Select and click 'Assign Operator'.

What the Operator Sees Now
The broadcast appears in their list of broadcasts, and they can open it: sources, viewers, disconnect, recording. They do not see the access policy for editing or the operators panel.

Unassign
Click 'Remove from Broadcast' next to their name. From their next request, the broadcast will disappear for them.

The operator appears in the list with an assignment date.
In the audit log: 'Operator assigned to broadcast' / 'Operator unassigned from broadcast'.
