Download a Broadcast Recording

Where is the recording, how to download it, and what is logged.

Who it is for: Organization manager. The broadcast has ended (or is broadcasting - in which case the recording is partial). · 1 minutes

Steps

Open the Recording Panel
On the broadcast page, the 'Recordings' card displays the recording status: segments, duration, volume.
Where: Broadcast Page > Recordings

Download
Click 'Download'. A signed link, valid for a few minutes, will open. The download is logged in the audit log under your name.

If Downloading is Blocked
A broadcast policy with 'Download Blocking' keeps the recording saved but without a download button. Change the policy (this is logged) and then download.
