Disconnect a device without revoking the code
The wrong device is playing? Disconnecting a session leaves the code valid.
Steps

Open the Viewers panel
On the broadcast page, the 'Viewers' panel displays current viewers. Click 'Show also those who left' if you need history.
Where: Broadcast Page > Viewers

Disconnect
Next to the desired session, click 'Disconnect' and confirm. The action is recorded in the log.

For the viewer
The player stops within up to two minutes. Their code is still valid - re-entry works.
How you know it worked
- The session appears with the status 'Disconnected by manager'.
- Re-entering with the same code creates a new session in the list.
