Configure Broadcast Access Policy
Devices per code, viewer cap, watermark, recording - and when changes take effect.
Steps
- 1
Open the Policy Panel
On the broadcast page, the 'Access Policy' tab immediately after the status.
Where: Broadcast Page > Access Policy
- 2
How to Enter
Select personal code, shared code, or both. At least one option must remain selected.
- 3
Devices
'Single active session per code' - a new device replaces the old one. 'Allowed devices per code' - 1 to 5; above this number, the oldest device is disconnected. Turning off 'Single session' completely removes the restriction.
- 4
Viewer Cap
Number of concurrent viewers for this broadcast, or blank = up to the organization's quota.
- 5
Protection
On-screen watermark, recording, blocking embedding on other sites, blocking download. Default: all active.
- 6
Save
'Save Policy'. The change applies to new entries; those already inside will align within up to two minutes. The log records the state before and after.
How you know it worked
- Message: 'Policy saved and logged'.
- In the log: 'Broadcast access policy changed'.
