Sub-processors and providers

1. The list

• Google Cloud (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) - application servers, database and primary media server (Tel Aviv, me-west1), backup ingest server (europe-west4, Netherlands), recordings storage (Cloud Storage), secrets, server logs (Cloud Logging), Redis for rate limits. Transfer basis: the EU adequacy decision for Israel and Google Cloud's standard contractual clauses.
• Google Cloud Vertex AI, Gemini model (Google LLC, United States, us-central1) - live subtitles and translation (audio windows of a broadcast whose organization switched subtitles on), the instant answer on the contact form (the visitor's question), invitee-list extraction (a file a manager uploaded), brand-image generation (a manager's description). No training on the content. Privacy policy, section 9.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) - transactional email: invitations, viewing codes, sign-in and account messages, lead notifications. Processes recipient address, subject and body at sending time.
• SMS4Free (Israel) - SMS delivery: viewing codes and invitations by text message, on-call alerts. Processes the recipient phone number and the message text at sending time.
• Google Identity (Sign in with Google) - only if you chose to sign in with a Google account; scope: id, verified email, name.

2. What there is not

No external error-monitoring provider, no third-party CDN for site files, no advertising network. Analytics (Google) exists only on the public information pages and only after the visitor consents - it processes no viewer or customer data. A new provider is added to this page at least 14 days before it starts processing data.
